"Our phone system had a "major meltdown". Our system worked, but several features like caller ID, did not work. This was caused, apparently, by a recent power outage. Eric was able to be at our shop the next day. He gave me a verbal estimate over the phone and a time frame to expect him to be here. He NAILED IT. He was here exactly as long as he stated and the bill was EXACTLY the amount quoted.
I did have a follow up issue that we were not aware of at the time he was at the shop. He was able to help me program the phone to do what was needed over the phone. Then.....after a couple of weeks, he called me to verify that everything was still working correctly. It was, but I wanted a small change made. He walked me thru what was needed for this change and now my phones work great. I am grateful that he called to check on me. I am beyond 100% satisfied.
